Lesson Outcomes: 1) Trainess will understand how to work through the GTTC (Gasco) English Review website's exercises and activiites, and thereby be able to complete upcoming lessons independently. 2) They will recognize Gasco's connectivity to both the larger ADNOC group and the shareholding companies which own it.

Step One

Grammar Practice

  1. Read about using Adjectives & Adverbs. Then, go on to exercise one.
    You must study the review material first, then do the exercise. You must score at least 90% on the exercise. If not do the exercise again. Call the teacher when you have finished with a high enough score. After the teacher checks your work, close the window.

  2. Play a game by deciding whether a sentence is simple or compound. (Read here first about compound sentences, if you need to.)
    Carefully read all instructions for the game, then click start and choose with timer or without timer. Call the teacher when you get a score of at least 90%. Close the window after the teacher checks.

  3. Type in the Answer Quiz. (Contractions)
    Press start to begin. In this activity you must type your answer. Press submit after each answer. Call the teacher when you get a score of at least 90%. Close the window after the teacher checks.
